Well I have been slacking, and haven't posted anything in over a week! Time has flown by, I can't believe that in just over a week, (9 days but who's counting) I will be in San Antonio watching my husband graduate from basic training!!!! I don't know how it went so fast, but I am glad it did because I have missed him like crazy! I got 2 more letters last week from Brandon, and 2 calls in a week! I know I am over using !!!! but I can't help it, I am so excited:) Brandon just completed his week in the field, he said it sucked it was 100+ degrees all week. Then on Monday they did their final physical exams. Now I am gonna brag again, but Brandon did great, he doubled all the requirements, and beat the running time by a considerable amount! All that done in the nasty heat. I know I couldn't have done it and am glad it wasn't me! He is down to the last week, and warned me that he might not get to write or call anymore before graduation, which is a bummer but at least I wont be obsessing over checking the mail! We still have very little information on his technical training, we only know that he reports for duty on September 20th, however that doesn't mean he starts training then, which sucks because that means he might be gone even longer, but not really working towards anything, yet can't come home...does that make sense. We have read that he trains for 68 days (they only count Mondays-Fridays) but they 68 day countdown doesn't start till training start, so he might be gone much longer than that! It sure will be nice to get more information, and know when he will be done, and where we will be stationed. Although the station wont come for quite some time still...not till after technical training is almost done.
Well that is all that is new, that I know of. I will post more if I hear from Brandon, otherwise stay tuned for graduation pictures!!!!!!!
