October

Wow I cannot believe how behind I am with my blog. However in my defense my life in October was beyond insane! This is just going to be a short(ish) update on the Smarts going ons, and later I will go in to more details on things. Ok so mid October I made a trip to Washington D.C. to visit some really great friends the Dietz family. I will write more details and add pictures soon. Then the day after I got back from D.C. I had to get my wisdom teeth out. I was totally freaked out about doing this. I hate the dentist and was scared to death about getting my teeth ripped out of my head. To top off the fact that Brandon wouldn’t be around to “hold” my hand through it I found out that I couldn’t be put under for it and would do it all with local anesthetic, I also opted to get nerve gas to calm my nerve (although I think it was a rip off cause I felt no effect). Overall I had it pretty easy, the surgery went very smoothly and I had little to no swelling or pain! Yay and even better is that I only have 2 wisdom teeth, and they both came out, so I never have to go through this again! I got back to work (for less than 2 weeks) before I moved to Texas. Brandon is currently at Goodfellow AFB, in San Angelo Texas. He is training at the military fire academy and is totally kicking butt! At first we thought I was going to live off base, while he had to stay in the dorms. We would get to spend evenings and weekends together, but not live together. However he has an amazing supervisor and was given permission to move off base with me! Yay so things are going really well for us. I will try to write more soon J
